The Colonia Building is an amazing venue for photographers! Built in 1905, it is a truly unique setting. You will find everything from rough abandoned space, to vintage hotel chic as well as a funky brick walled boho lifestyle settings. Truly a one stop photographer's dream! Approximately 9,000 square feet to explore!

PRICING
$50 per hour session
4 hours - Half day @ $175
8 hours - Full day @ $350
$100 per hour for commercial work
