THE WEST HALL
Regally situated in the heart of historic Biggs, The Colonia Building has been standing tall in this community since 1905. Built originally as a hotel in the Colonial American style of architecture, it is sure to captivate you from the moment you enter through it’s original double doors. History seeps through the scarred wood floors of the original hotel check-in room as rich dark tones, and crystal chandeliers whisper of past elegance while setting the mood for times to come. Classic velvet furniture and walls covered in memories set the tone, encouraging moments of conversation.
The West Hall venue beckons you into it’s large open area. Four original columns ground the center of the space, highlighting the tall coffered ceilings. Enormous windows and doors allow the glow of outside light in to reflect off of the textured brick walls. Quirky history is tucked all around from the hinged bookcase to the dates drawn into the concrete floor. This warm gathering space has wonderful bones and immediately makes you feel at home.

FARM TABLES
& WHITE CHAIRS
We have eight large farm tables as well as up to 80 heavy duty white resin chairs available at no additional charge.

RENTAL TIME
Our rentals are for a four hour period. You are allowed one extra hour prior to the event to decorate, but must be out of the space at the end of your rental time.

USE OF PATIO
Our back courtyard is available weather permitting for use. There are several small bistro tables with chairs, umbrellas, as well as wine barrels that may be used as decoration in that space.

--Payment in full is required to retain event dates.
--Children are included in the guest count unless they sit in an infant seat.
